About NETFO

We invite you to join us for meetings, field trips, and other birding activities here in Northeast Texas.

Our Meetings are generally on the first Wednesday of each month (September through May). We meet at 6:30 PM at Greggton United Methodist Church, 1101 Pine Tree Road, in Longview, Texas. We meet in the Community Room, located on the backside of the church (away from Pine Tree Road).

Our Newsletter has been discontinued until we can find a volunteer or volunteers to publish one. In the meantime, E-mails are being sent out to remind members about our meetings and other activities, and monthly bird reports are posted on this website, along with information about our meetings and other activities.

Annual membership dues are $10. You can pay at one of our meetings. 

Our thanks to all the people who have volunteered to serve as officers, directors, and in other capacities — for the year to come and in years past. We’re grateful to everyone who has spent their precious free time helping NETFO serve its members. If you’re among them, you’ve probably found out how rewarding it is to get involved. If you’re not among them yet, consider volunteering.
